DR. CHARLES W. HETRICK
Charles W. Hetrick was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma, grew up in Stillwater, and graduated from high school in Bartesville. After high school, he attended Oklahoma State University on a wrestling scholarship. Dr. Hetrick received his degree in physical education, earned a second degree in zoology, and worked toward a Master’s Degree in Physiology from the College of Veterinary Medicine. With all of this training behind him, Dr. Hetrick turned his focus to dental school and pursued this goal from 1975-1979. Upon receiving his degree from Oklahoma University College of Dentistry, he began his family practice in Edmond in July of 1979.
Dr. Hetrick and his wife Mary Beth have been Edmond residents and have always been active in the community. Their son, Chad, lives in Edmond as well, and he is the co-owner of Heartland Landscape Company. Their daughter, Holly, and her husband Mark, reside in Tulsa with their two daughters Sydney and Cassidy.
Dr. Hetrick is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Edmond. He is quite passionate about his hobbies of hunting, fishing, cycling, and landscaping.
Dr. Matthew J. Holloman
Matthew J. Holloman was born in Oklahoma City, raised in Edmond, and attended Deer Creek Schools. There he was involved in FCA, student government, honor society, football, and basketball. Graduating from Deer Creek as valedictorian, Dr. Holloman accepted a football and academic scholarship to William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree with honors. There he was selected as a Pryor Leadership Fellow and had the distinct honor of studying chemistry at Cambridge University in England. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Oklahoma University College of Dentistry and furthered his education by being selected as a resident into the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program where he received advanced training in dental implants, cosmetic, and general dentistry.
Dr. Holloman and his wife, Ashley, who is also a dentist, have chosen Edmond as their home. They welcomed their daughter, Hadley, into their family in June 2007 and their son, Hudson, in September 2010. Dr. Holloman and his family attend Crossings Community Church in Edmond. He is an avid sports fan, enjoys a good book, loves golf, and loves playing with his two dogs, Bentley and Bauer. Dr. Holloman is excited to be in practice with Dr. Hetrick, and is thrilled to be practicing in his hometown.
